A. The price varies depending on the number of trees, species, height, and type of work. We provide free on-site estimates — please call +81-45-900-5811 or use our contact form. At the estimate, we will also discuss your preferred finish and budget.
Q. What areas do you service?
A. We cover Yokohama (Sakae-ku, Konan-ku, Totsuka-ku, Kanazawa-ku, Isogo-ku, and more), Kamakura, Fujisawa, Kawasaki, and nearby Tokyo wards. For areas outside this range, please contact us — we will let you know any travel fees in advance.
Q. Is the estimate free?
A. Yes, estimates are completely free. After an on-site inspection, we clearly present the scope, timeline, and cost. There is no cancellation fee if you decide not to proceed before signing.
Q. Can you prune just one tree?
A. Yes, we accept jobs starting from a single tree. Small-scale requests — branches overhanging a neighbor’s property, high-reach pruning you can’t manage yourself — are always welcome.
Q. Do I need to be present during the work?
A. Your presence makes it easier to adjust finishing details on the spot, but we can work even when you’re away. For unattended jobs, we arrange key handover and final-finish verification method in advance.
Q. What happens to the pruned branches and debris?
A. All pruned branches, cut grass, and fallen leaves are responsibly disposed of by us. You never need to put anything out for collection. Disposal fees are included in the estimate.
Q. Do you handle emergency storm damage?
A. Yes, we respond to emergencies. Please call +81-45-900-5811 and we will dispatch as quickly as possible. In many cases home insurance applies to storm-fallen trees and exterior damage — we can advise on this.
Q. Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?
A. Yes, we offer annual maintenance contracts covering 2–4 scheduled visits per year for pruning, weed control, and grounds care. Pricing is customized based on lot size and tree count.
